Terms & Conditions

Price for 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.
Arrivals on departures on different days, as well as shorter stays, are subject to agreement.
Your stay begins with lunch or dinner on the day of your arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of your departure.
Our prices are inclusive of half board.
Tourist tax is not included: €2.00 per day per person, children under 14 free.
Arrival and departure: Your room shall be available from 12.00 on the day of your arrival. Please ensure you have left your room by 10.00 on the day of your departure.

The “Dolomiti Paganella Card“, which offers a whole range of discounts and other benefits to be used in participating shops, facilities and services of Molveno and the surrounding area.

€10.00 full board surcharge per meal (for adults and children).
You can choose whether or not you wish to have lunch on a daily basis. Extra lunch on day of departure €25.00 per person.
€5.00 surcharge per person for stays of 2 nights.
€10.00 surcharge per person for stays of 1 night only.
Surcharge for single occupant of double room upon request (min. 30% - max. 50% depending on the season).

For your children in a room for 2 adults with an extra bed (adjoining rooms excluded):

up to 1 year inclusive €15.00 per day;
from 1 to 3 years €25.00 per day (€30.00 from 28/07 to 24/08);
from 3 to 6 years inclusive 50% discount;
from 6 to 12 years inclusive 30% discount. F
or adjoining rooms, 3 adult rates and 1 age-based discounted rate shall be applied.

Deposit: a deposit of €250.00 is required to secure the booking. Temporary bookings to reserve a room, whether by telephone or email, shall be valid for 7 days. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the unconfirmed booking shall be cancelled.
Deposit methods of payment: A postal order addressed to the hotel, credit card by sending the credit card number and expiry date, or bank transfer to the following account:

Cancellations: the deposit shall not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Early departures / late arrivals: the days booked and confirmed in writing shall be charged.
Payment: we accept bank and/or postal cheques, cash and debit and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, not American Express).
Small pets: permitted upon request. They shall not be allowed in the dining room.
