Our restaurant takes pride in selecting authentic, seasonal and regional ingredients to devise and cook light, delicious and beautiful dishes, breathing new life into mouth-watering alpine-Mediterranean cuisine.
Dinner, which is served at the table, features a variety of dishes and a vegetable buffet. One evening a week the restaurant offers a candlelit dinner with specialities of our chef. Every table includes a jug of our purest fresh mountain water and the restaurant boasts a wide selection of wines from Trentino and Alto Adige, as well as some Italian and international wines.
At Hotel Des Alpes in Molveno you can also enjoy our delicious lunchtime à la carte menu with salad and vegetable buffet for a small additional charge.

Ours is a Gluten-free Hotel in Molveno, offering a range of dishes for our gluten intolerant guests.
The chef is an expert in food intolerances, and the experience of the hotel owner, who has been gluten intolerant for 15 years, as well as certification from the Italian Gluten Intolerance Association (AIC), guarantees a gluten-free menu that does not differ from that of the other diners but which is cooked with suitable ingredients and prepared with meticulous attention to detail to prevent contamination.
